The quantity of sts is multiples 12 sts + 2 selvedge sts + 7 sts for the symmetry. Repeat the pattern from 1st to 8th rows. The scheme shows wrong side rows the way they look from right side. That's why knit signs in these rows are stated as purls and vice versa.

How to Make Pearl Rib in Circle

You can make it in one colour or in mix two colours. For the sample, cast on 24 sts (2 patterns) + 2 selvedge sts. Knit due to the scheme. On the scheme you can see knit sts and partly purls. Repeat from 1st to 20th rows in height. Rotate the colour each 8 rows.
