Need advice on fixing mistakes

Dec 20, 2022 03:06 PM

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a crochet project and I just realized I made a mistake a few rows back. I'm not sure how to fix it without unraveling a lot of my work. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix mistakes in crochet projects? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,

Depends on the mistake.  In general, I have used a little yarn to tie the missed stitch in or complete the desgn and then carefully weave in the ends.    Best wishes.

It depends on the mistake. If it's not a gaping hole or a color placement / stitch that completely ruins the pattern, I say leave it. Once you're done, you're probably the only person who will notice it anyway. There's perfection in the imperfections!!
