Hello, crafters!
I really need your advice!
I made this skirt, but I'm not sure whether I can wear it in everyday life or only to the beach.
Maybe I should sew backing to it? But will it look the same nice?
I think it would look cute with some leggings underneath it. And of course you can wear it wherever you like. Personally, I think it is too nice to wear to the beach. It is a darling skirt. Good job!

or just wear a slip
make a couple little slips in different colors to wear under it-will give it a different look each time you wear it-just a piece of fbric with elastic at top

Just wear leggings under it and let the colors shine through.
It's a beautiful skirt and you can certainly wear it . Rather than sewing a lining into it if you chose not to, wear a slip under it. It will look just as nice.
I think you can do both ways. I love it and I think a backing would look good.

I love crocheted skirts! But maybe a lighter grey calico print, or plain color under skirt would show off the print of the crochet, and you could wear it anywhere, work, church, everyday! Very nicely done..
Not just for the beach at all--I think that you can just wear a simple slip underneath it, that way you can switch out the color to also go with whatever top you are wearing with it. Beautiful job!!!!
