2nd row: Ch 3 (counts as dc). Working in back loops only, 1 dc in each dc to end of row. Turn.

Rep 2nd row until work from beg measures 24" [61 cm] long. Fasten off.

Mark center row of Tailfin by folding it in half lengthwise. Cut 12" [30.5 cm] length of yarn. With darning needle, stitch yarn in and out across center row, leaving 4" [10 cm] yarn end at beg. Holding onto yarn end securely, pull on opposite end of yarn to gather sts tog across Tailfin. Secure yarn ends and weave in ends.

Fold Sack flat. Place markers on each side approx 5" [12.5 cm] up from lower point. Sew side of Tailfin from point to marker on each side.
