Types of Yarn. Hemp Yarn.

Hello, my dear ladies!
Today, I'd like to tell you about not so ordinary type of yarn, which can be used only for certain things, because it isn't soft- it's hemp yarn.
Hemp, a relative newcomer to the knitting world, is a delightful natural fiber. Hemp is surprisingly soft to the touch. It’s hard wearing and has great stitch definition. Most commonly known for its use in macrame.
Ideal For: Boot socks, Fisherman type sweaters, coats, scrubbies
Fun Fact:
Hemp plants can produce 250% more fiber than cotton.
I just bought some to make a summer hat with. I love it and I have worked with hemp yarn before and it is so much fun. I will post a pic when it's done.
