Hi everyone, I'm looking for advice on how crochet can be used as self-care. Can any of you share your advice? I would be so grateful.
I'm not sure if this is what you mean. If I'm incorrect, I apologize in advance,. I am a chronic pain patient. I've been in tremendous pain since 2003. I found crocheting about 6 years ago (I think). I'm self taught. I've found crocheting keeps my mind busy thus helping me deal with my pain. It's made an amazing change in my life. This site always has something I am interested in trying.
