Useful Information - Tips for organizing crochet projects
Dec 20, 2022 03:07 PM
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a lot of crochet projects right now and I'm having a hard time keeping everything organized. Do you have any tips or resources for organizing crochet projects? I'm looking for ideas like how to keep track of patterns and materials, how to store finished projects, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
I use two gallon zip bags to hold and store my projects in. While working on them I also put my hook and pattern in with it. Works great for me and keeps me organized. Hope this helps. Brenda U.
When I began crocheting I got a large journal. I record stitches, patterns etc. I even take printed patterns and attach to a page. When I do the pattern, I make notations to that help the next time I decide to do that particular stitch/pattern. I hope this helps. I also crocheted a few book marks that I use to keep place of projects I'm currently working on. Good luck
This is so cool Suzanne!
Keep a journal or spreadsheet
I keep my projects in a zip bag with hook and instruction. If I'm using the same hook for more than one project I put a note in bag for hook size or write it at the top of the pattern page. Hope this helps.
