Raised Treble Crochet at the Front of Fabric (Tr/rf) - wrap the yarn around the hook, insert hook from in front and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch, and complete the stitch normally
Raised Treble Crochet at the Back of Fabric (tr/rb) - wrap the yarn around the hook, insert the hook from behind and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch, and complete the stitch normally.

1st row: Skip 3ch, dc, dc into each ch to the end of the row, turn;
2nd row: (RS): 1tr/rf around first st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of next 3 sts. going behind last 3dtrs work 1dtr into each of 3 sts just skipped, 1dc into next st, 1tr/rf around next st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of next 3 sts, going to front of last 3dtrs but not catching them
