You’ll need:

50g of green, light-blue, blue, yellow and pink colors yarn (100% cotton; 90m/50g) (each);

Crochet hook 3.

Head circumference: 54−56 cm.

Used Patterns

Work with circle rows of single crochets. Start every row with 1 extra chain st and finish with 1 slip st in the 1^st single crochet of the circle row.

Colors order: * 2 blue rows, 2 light-blue rows, 2 green rows, 2 pink rows, 2 yellow rows, 2 green rows*; repeat from * to *.

Stitches control: 21 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Make 1 chain st increase with green yarn and make 6 single crochets in it, circle them in the ring with the help of slip st. Then, work with single crochets due to the colors order.

1^st row: double every st = 12 sts;

2^nd row: double every 2^nd st = 18 sts;

3^rd row: double every 3^rd st = 24 sts;

4^th row: double every 4^th st = 30 sts;

5^th row: double every 5^th st = 36 sts;

6^th row: double every 6^th st = 42 sts;

7^th row: double every 7^th st = 48 sts;

8^th row: double every 8^th st = 54 sts.

Continue making increases to the 15^th row = 96 sts.

17^th-34^th rows: without increases;

35^th row: double every 6^th st = 112 sts;

36^th, 38^th, 40^th, 42^nd, 44^th and 46^th rows: without increases;

37^th row: double every 7^th st = 128 sts;

39^th row: double every 8^th row = 144 sts;

41^st, 43^rd, 45^th, 47^th rows: make increases = 208 sts;

48^th-53^rd rows: without increases and finish your work.

Assembly

Make 1 chain of 110 cm long with green and pink colors of yarn, twist around hat and make a bow.
