Used Patterns
Combination of patterns: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 1. Work due to the scheme. Start every row with stated quantity of chain sts increase instead of the 1st st or 1 extra chain st increase and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Combination of patterns consists of 5 patterns: for pattern A – make 1st-4th rows x 4 (5) 6 times = 16 (20) 24 rows;
For pattern B – make 5th-10th rows x once = 6 rows;
For pattern C – make 11th-18th rows x once = 8 rows;
For pattern D - make 19th-26th rows x once = 8 rows;
For pattern E – make 27th-37th rows x once, then repeat 32nd-37th rows x once, 38th row x once.
Patterns order: * 16 (20) 24 rows of pattern A, 6 rows of pattern B, 8 rows of pattern C, 8 rows of pattern D, 18 rows of pattern E*; repeat from * to * x once, then, make 16 (20) 24 rows of pattern A, 6 rows of pattern B, 8 rows of pattern C, 1 row of pattern D and finish with 2 rows of single crochets for fringe = totally, 145 (157) 169 rows.
Stitches control: 15 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Make 91 (97) 103 chain sts + 2 chain sts increase and work due to the patterns order = 15 (16) 17 pattern repeats. In 181 cm = 145 rows (196 cm = 157 rows) 211 cm = 169 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly
Fold the poncho in half and sew the right edge at 35 (36) 37 cm from the fold to 28 (30) 32 cm long.
