You’ll need:

150g of peachy yarn (67% mohair, 3% wool, 30% polyamide; 1000m/50g);

Knitting needles 4 and 8.

Size: S.

Note: work in 2 threads of yarn. Pearled rib is WS of half-patent rib.

Stitches control: pearled rib: 9 sts x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

2 x 2 rib and stockinette stitch: 18 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 60 sts with knitting needles 4 and work with 2 x 2 rib. In 15 cm = 30 rows from the beginning of work, make stockinette stitch. In 27 cm = 54 rows from the beginning of work, bind off 3 sts from both sides for arm-holes and 2 x 2 sts in every 2nd row = 46 sts. In 17 cm = 34 rows from the beginning of arm-hole, bind off the central 20 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row. In 47 cm = 94 rows from the beginning of work, bind off the rest 7 sts.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with V-shape neck-hole. For this, in 17 cm = 34 rows from the beginning of work, bind off the central 2 sts and finish both sides separately. For neck-hole chamfer, bind off 15 x 1 st in every 4th row from inwards.

Sleeves

Cast on 24 sts with knitting needles 4 and work with stockinette stitch. In 2 cm = 4 rows from the beginning of work, turn to knitting needles 8, increase 24 sts (= 48 sts) and work with pearled rib. In 22 cm = 36 rows from the beginning of work, turn to knitting needles 4 and decrease 12 sts (= 36 sts) and work with stockinette stitch. In 24 cm = 40 rows from the beginning of work, turn to knitting needles 8 and increase 12 sts (= 48 sts) and work with pearled rib. In 44 cm = 72 rows from the beginning of work, turn to knitting needles 4 and decrease 12 sts (= 36 sts) and work with stockinette stitch. In 46 cm = 76 rows from the beginning of work, turn to knitting needles 8 and increase 12 sts (= 48 sts) and work with pearled rib. In 51 cm = 84 rows from the beginning of work, bind off 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps and then, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts in every 2nd row, 2 x 1 st in every 4th row, 2 x 1 st, 2 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts in every 2nd row. In 66 cm = 108 rows from the beginning of work, bind off the rest 6 sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, cast on 100 sts with knitting needles 8 along the neck-hole, make 12 cm = 20 rows with pearled rib and bind off the sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
