Edging is worked around the whole body panel from the back. The size of your piece will be determined by the amount of edging rounds added. Follow instructions for each size.

join using 5mm crochet hook and A work on the WS of the body side seam with dc (sc) through front and back, from the bottom edge up until row 1 of Middle Section.
frill row 1 joining C into the top of the st, in line with round 6 of Bib (colour D), (3 ch, 2 tr (dc)) into same st, *3 tr (dc) into next st, 2 tr (dc) into next st, repeat from * until you reach the same point of Bib over the shoulder. Break off C.
frill row 2 joining A and working in between st gaps, 3 ch, 1 tr (dc) into each of next st until end. Break off A.
frill row 3 joining E and working in between st gaps, 1 dc (sc) into each of next st until end. Break off E. Repeat Frill on the other side.
NECK
