Used Patterns
Lacy pattern: the quantity of sts is multipled 16 + 3 + 2 selvedge sts. It is made due to the scheme.
All sts and yarn overs in wrong-side rows are made as purls. Start with 1 selvedge st, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat, 1 selvedge st. Repeat 1st-10th rows.
Stitches control: after unroving sts 14,5 sts x 19,5 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm.

You need two same details.
Back/Front
Cast on 69; 85 sts and make 1 wrong-side row with purls. Don't include it into your calculations.
Continue with lacy pattern. In 132 rows (68 cm) from bottom, bind off the sts. Follow the scheme, loosen sts, cast on new 4 sts instead of them. Bind off these 4 sts in order not to stretch the edges.
Assembly
Sew shoulders from both sides to 12; 16,5 cm. Leave 24; 26 central sts for the neck-hole. Sew the sides. Leave 19; 20 cm for arm-holes.
