You'll need:

Flat shoes;

Strap of leather (of the same color, as shoes or contrast);

Chains for decoration;

Clasps;

Scissors;

Glue;

Brush for the glue.

Instructions

Glue the chains with crystals to the thick chains.

Attach the clasps to ends of chains with the fastening rings.

Make loops from the stripes of leather and glue them to the heel of your shoes inwards.

When the glue dries, insert the chains in the loops.
