This is the safest recepy of fluorescent liquid for huge containers. For example, you can take a bath, using vitamin B.

Run a bath, but pay attention, that the volume of water shouldn't increase 15 litres.

Add 15 ampules of liquid vitamin B. Light the bathroom with fluorescent lamp in order to activate vitamin B.
