Instruction for the loofah’s free pattern
Make 5 (2 in color B and 3 in color A)
Round 1: Ch 50, join with the first chain (making sure you don’t have a twist) ch 3, dc in each ch across, with a sl st, join to the 3rd ch from the beginning (50DC)
Round 2: Ch 3, dc in each st across, with a sl st, join to the 3rd chain from the beginning (50DC)
Rounds 3 – 5: Repeat round 2
JOINING
Fold into two, so as to have Round 1 and 5 together, with a sl st, join both ends together, the picture below should help with how to fold.
Fasten off
Rope (make 2)
Chain 70, with a sl st, and join to the first chain from the beginning (70Chains)
To assemble
Step 1
Fold the rope, and pass the first ‘ring – in Color A’ through it.
Step 2
Open and fold over to form a ring, pass the second ring through it.
Step 3
Repeat step 2 for the remaining rings
Step 4
Secure the rings by passing the second rope through the ring and making a knot.
