Materials

Small amounts of Dk / weight 3 yarn

3mm crochet hook I use this set from Amazon*

Written in English US terms with abbreviations for UK

sc = single crochet (double crochet in UK)

hdc = half double crochet (half treble crochet in UK)

dc = double crochet (treble crochet in UK)

ch = chain

* * = repeat between

inc = increase (2 sc in the same stitch)

ch = chain

slst = slip stitch

[ ] = in the same stitch

Small Bear

Round 1: 10 hdc in a magic circle, slst to first. (10)

Round 2: ch2, hdc in the same, 2 hdc in each stitch, slst to first (20)

Round 3: [ch1, sc and 3 dc, sc] in the same, slst 4, [sc, 3 dc, sc] in the next. Fasten off

Muzzle

Round 1: 6 sc in a magic circle, slst to first and fasten off.

Medium Bear

Round 1: 10 hdc in a magic circle, slst to first. (10)

Round 2: ch2, hdc in the same, 2 hdc in each stitch, slst to first (20)

Round 3: ch2, hdc in the same, hdc 1,*2 hdc in the next, hdc 1* x 9, slst to first. (30)

Round 4: [ch1, sc and 2 dc] in the same [2 dc, sc] in the next slst 7, [sc, 2 dc] in the next [2 dc, sc] in the next. Fasten off

Muzzle

Round 1: 9 hdc in a magic circle, slst to first and fasten off.

Large Bear

Round 1: 10 hdc in a magic circle, slst to first. (10)

Round 2: ch2, hdc in the same, 2 hdc in each stitch, slst to first (20)

Round 3: ch2, hdc in the same, hdc 1,*2 hdc in the next, hdc 1* x 9, slst to first. (30)
