Materials

- worsted weight yarn in cream and white, I used sugar and cream yarn in soft ecru and white

- size F/ 3.75 mm crochet hook

- safety pin or stitch marker to mark the start of each row

- 4.5 mm plastic safety eyes

- 12 mm brown safety noses

- polyester stuffing

- cream embroidery floss and needle

inc = single crochet increase

Ears (make 2)

Starting with cream yarn

rnd 1: ch 2, sc 4 in 2nd ch from the hook (4 st)

rnd 2: *sc 1, inc 1* rep 2 times (6 st)

rnd 3: *sc 2, inc 1* rep 2 times (8 st)

rnd 4: *sc 3, inc 1* rep 2 times (10 st)

rnd 5: *sc 4, inc 1* rep 2 times (12 st)

rnd 6: *sc 5, inc 1* rep 2 times (14 st)

rnds 7-8: sc in each st (14 st)

rnd 9: *sc 5, dec 1* rep 2 times (12 st)

rnd 10: *sc 4, dec 1* rep 2 times (10 st)

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Tail

Starting with white yarn

rnd 1: ch 2, sc 6 in 2nd ch from the hook (6 st)

Attach face. Place eyes between rnds 5 &6, centered over the muzzle. Attach the nose in the middle of the muzzle at rnd 7. Pinch the ears together at the bottom and sew together. Then sew ears on after rnd 1.
